If there is one thing I hate it is a salesperson who doesn't listen to me or tries to sell me what he or she thinks I should need or want. So for me, Rocco was the perfect Real Estate broker. He listened to what our needs were and acted accordingly. He answered our questions and offered his own opinions sparingly - mainly when he knew something that we didn't and wanted to keep us on track toward getting what we wanted. Rocky sold me my home 12 years ago and when I am finally ready to sell he will be my go-to person. I should have written this review years ago but it is never too late. Excellent realtor. Rocco knows his product and how best to make a deal happen. Specifically, he set the bid price knowing how to attract the attention of buyers and to set up overbidding which worked to our advantage as sellers. He then navigated the process with great skill.
